Return & Exchange Policy
No Return / No Refund Policy for Sale Items
All items purchased during a sale, promotion, or marked as “Sale,” “Discounted,” or “Clearance” are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exceptions to this policy will only be made if an item is defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, customers must contact us within 2 days of delivery with proof of purchase and supporting photos for review.

Return Period
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that beauty, hygiene, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
Damages & Exchanges
If your item is damaged or defective, you can request a free exchange. To process an exchange, you must provide proof of damage or defect. Contact us at support@prettynest.shop with photos or details of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Return Process

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the return is approved. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
