Pretty Nest Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business day of receiving your order. Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for delivery.

Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 2–3 days from the date of purchase, including processing time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or carrier delays.

Shipping Areas
Currently, we deliver to locations within Nepal. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Any taxes or additional charges are included as per the order total.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). You can use this information to monitor your order until it reaches you.

Damages and Issues During Shipping
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@prettynest.shop with proof of the issue (photo or video). We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or resolution at no extra cost.
